WHO'S LEADING THE PACK

The Coaching Staff

Our staff features five experienced coaches. This includes two coaches who played collegiate baseball and others who have taught youth baseball for years. We know exactly what it takes to play hard, handle pressure, and win games. However, we don't judge our coaches just by their old baseball stats. We judge them by the impact they make on your player’s character.

Our dugout focuses on giving clear feedback, making smart game moves, and not only know what but how to teach youth players. We push our players hard because we know how good they can be. We’ll spend plenty of time building their "Baseball IQ" while also using the baseball field to teach lessons that go beyond the diamond.

Through every win, loss, and tough inning, we want to build great ballplayers who have the mental toughness, humility, and honesty to handle hard times both on and off the field.

We don't chase hollow trophies.

We chase true competitive excellence, building a roster of smart, resilient ballplayers who love the grind and respect the game.

🧢

WHAT THIS STAFF IS BUILT AROUND

Development over everything. Every rep in service of making your player better.

Health and longevity come first — arm care and age-appropriate workloads.

High-level instruction, youth-focused delivery. Our staff can do both.

Reframing Failure: Baseball is a game of failure. We teach our boys how to navigate adversity, shake off mistakes, and meet challenges with resilience.
