Liability Release

By enrolling my child in the River City Dawgs travel baseball program and/or any associated tournaments, events, or activities, I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, hereby voluntarily acknowledge and assume all risks of injury, illness, accident, property damage, or any other harm that may arise from participation in the River City Dawgs program, including but not limited to practices, games, tournaments, travel, and any related activities. I understand and agree that athletic activities involve inherent risks that cannot be fully eliminated, and I knowingly and willingly accept those risks on behalf of myself and my child. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless River City Dawgs, its organizers, coaches, volunteers, sponsors, affiliated facilities, and any associated personnel (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, or liabilities of any kind, whether arising from negligence or otherwise, related to my child's participation in the program. I further agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties against any claims brought by or on behalf of my child arising out of such participation. This release shall be binding upon me, my heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.
